CNC Gantry Machining Center
- Adopts a rock-solid beam structure with a unique up-and-down ladder configuration, ensuring strong rigidity.
- The pre-tensioned design of precision ball screws ensures high-speed operation and efficient transmission.
- The Z-axis uses high-end roller-type linear guides, with a three-slider design to enhance rigidity and ensure overall machining accuracy.
- Three-axis systems can be retrofitted with high-precision linear scales (e.g., German Heidenhain or Spanish Fagor scales) as per customer requirements.
- Equipped with a standard 15000rpm direct-drive spindle (optional built-in spindle up to 30000rpm), featuring a short spindle box centerline distance and high rigidity.
- The door bridge and base are integrally molded castings, and the overall structure has undergone rigorous FEMto ensure optimal rigidity.
- The main castings are made of Meehanite cast iron and subjected to natural aging treatment.
